Sodaklenz Excel has been developed to meet the need for a very heavy duty cleaning preparation within food industry applications.  Sodaklenz Excel is specifically recommended for cleaning out deep fat fryers and for the removal of vegetable oils and food residues from processing equipment.  Sodaklenz Excel may be used cold or hot at temperatures up to 80^oC. Sodaklenz Excel is a moderate foaming detergent and may also be used via foam generating equipment as a heavy duty cleaner for both the fish and meat processing industries.

Sodaklenz Excel may be used within the food processing and catering industries where removal of heavy fat deposits and grease is required.  Common examples are: within deep fat fryers constructed of stainless steel  (not aluminium), via pressure washers, for continuous equipment cleansing or plastic drum reprocessing, spray/foam systems.
